BAY STREET BRIDGE CLOSURE NOTICE Please note for Victoria location clients, effective February 9, 2026, the Bay Street Bridge will be having some upgrade work done that will close bridge traffic one way. The good news, you can get to us by the Bay Street Bridge if coming Westbound. It is open Westbound (downtown to Vic West/Esquimalt).

While cyclists and pedestrians will be allowed to cross, the bridge will be closed to eastbound traffic across the bridge (Victoria West towards downtown) 24/7 for up to four months. Detours with clear signage will guide eastbound traffic.

We anticipate this will cause some traffic congestion so please give yourself lots of time to arrive for your appointments.

Important Information For ICBC Clients

Our clinic had made the difficult decision to remove ourselves from ICBC’s Provider Network and to end our direct billing to ICBC in March 2025. The Physiotherapy Association of BC, an advocate for physiotherapists of BC, has been working with ICBC on creating terms that are beneficial to us as providers and you, the client. We will update our website as soon as we are able when this decision is reversed.

We CAN STILL TREAT YOU! While we won’t be an ICBC vendor, our practitioners are still available to support your recovery.

We will not be able to direct bill until we Opted In, so you will pay for your treatment at the time of service and submit your receipts to ICBC for reimbursement

PLEASE NOTE FOR SHOULDER INJURIES: We have one physiotherapist in the Victoria clinic who is able to treat neck and shoulder conditions that may be related to any arm/hand symptoms you may be experiencing. If you are not experiencing any symptoms going into the hands/arms it may be better suited to go to general physiotherapy for assistance with your condition. Please discuss with the front desk which therapist would be a good fit for you if you are experiencing some neck and shoulder symptoms.
